Introduction
I am an FoT and have worked as one for the past 6 years. Along with my more to Belfast I have decided to pause taking on new clients as I explore the Philosophy of the Implicit and TAE as part of my MFA at Ulster Uni and am curious about where this will take me.
What services do I offer?
I intend to offer Amerta Movement practices as a way to explore the Philosophy of the Implicit outside/in addition to language. I offer a free to members ‘Being Focusing Together’ a bi-monthly zoom group through TIFI.
I have offered FoT, FoT supervision and have used Brainpotting and DBR to make this suitable for clients with trauma.
My background in Focusing
I began my certification in 2016 with Charlotte Howorth online while living in Hong Kong. I have helped facilitate trainings, presented workshops at TIFI events and worked as a psychotherapist with Focusing. I am interested in learning more about TAE and the Philosophy of the Implicit. I am a CiT but still at the early stages of developing a project.
Qualifications
I hold an MSc in Person Centred Psychotherapy and an MA in Education for Sustainability. I am
An accredited member of BACP and a supervisor.
