My background in Focusing
I first encountered Focusing in 2020, and it fundamentally changed how I relate to myself and to life. What began as a personal practice grew into a professional path: I completed the IRF training, took part in both Untangling Retreats with Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara McGavin, and am now enrolled in the two-year IRF Teacher Certification Program. Alongside this, I run my own practice where I bring Focusing together with polyvagal theory.
