Introduction
Focusing-oriented therapist and trainer in Budapest, Coordinator-in-training with TIFI. I founded the Hungarian Focusing Club and have trained 16 certified Focusing trainers so far. I work in Hungarian and English; the felt sense doesn't mind which.
What services do I offer?
Individual Focusing-oriented sessions. Focusing trainings, from beginner level to trainer certification. Counselling. Focusing applied to organisational development and team work.
My background in Focusing
Certified Focusing Trainer since 2014, Focusing-Oriented Therapist since 2019, Coordinator-in-Training since May 2026. Alongside Focusing, I come from mental health counselling and organisation development. My PhD at Corvinus looks at the gap between how organisations talk and what people actually experience, which turns out to be a very Focusing question. I'm currently learning Thinking at the Edge (TAE) with Beatrice Blake.
