Introduction
I learned Focusing in 1997 and am a Focusing Trainer since 2008. I have incorporated Focusing in my life and work. I'm a clinical psychologist (FOT), I'm currently working as a senior psychologist at a Swiss clinic.
What services do I offer?
I offer psychotherapy for adults, specialising in areas such as trauma, grief, addiction, stress-related disorders and chronic illness.
I offer supervision for individuals and teams working in the helping professions.
I also teach Focusing and am available to give talks.
My background in Focusing
I studied Focusing since 1997, am a Focusing Trainer since 2008 (TIFI, NY), co-founder of the Focusing Institute Berlin, working today as a client centered and Focusing oriented psychotherapist.
Qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Psychology from the Freie Universität of Berlin, Germany, Training in process and addiction work (Dorothea Damrath), as a mediator (BerlinMediation), and numerous further training courses in the context of the person-centred approach and trauma psychotherapy.
